Halloween - We Find For You
L'ultimo l'ho saltato senza quasi rendermene conto, ma questo giovedì Etsy ha stuzzicato la mia ispirazione perchè già da un po', in attesa di Halloween, ha assunto un'atmosfera calda e arancione che mi piace molto! We are happy to announce that the first EPL Magazine for The Autumn - Winter 2010/2011 is officially released! This is the first time an Etsy Street Team organizes such an event and we are really proud to see our groundbreaking idea be coming reality after hard work and dedication.
We would like to thank all of you for participating and embracing this great effort of the EPL Team to promote the Etsy community and the love for handmade in the best possible way. The Etsy Promo Love Team is proud to present the release of its very first official Magazine, that aims to the the promotion of Etsy as an online marketplace for unique handmade items. The issue is filled with beautiful creations from talented Etsy artists and enchanced with features such as interesting tips, “how to” techniques, useful links, interviews and much more! As the basic idea behind the formation of our group is mutual support, we would like to encourage our members to participate by promoting the Team. This can be achieved by being active on our Facebook page, but also through any kind of promotion that could help to spread the word. Therefore, the criteria according to which the second issue of the magazine will be created will be according to those factors.

Back Home, End of Summer
Dopo tanto, sono tornata anche io dalle vacanze! Sono stati lunghi giorni, impegnativi e soprattutto di forte impatto ma è stato un viaggio stupendo e ne sono ancora entusiasta! Vedere una parte del mondo così diversa dalla propria lascia il segno..
Ad ogni modo ormai ci siamo lasciati quasi tutti l'estate alle spalle (qui a Milano sembra già novembre) e siamo pronti (?) a riprendere il ritmo, pieno di spunti nuovi e interessanti! Giusto?
Mica per niente entro pochissimi giorni partiranno ben due (e dico due!) giveaway firmati Cloud Number Nine e sponsorizzati da.. Sorpresa! Sorpresa, sorpresa! Vi assicuro che i premi sono da leccarsi i baffi per cui state all'erta!

A Star in the Ocean
La mia primissima incastonatura l'ho realizzata per un concorso, a qualcuno è molto piaciuta e me ne ha chiesto una in tonalità personalizzate. Come sempre, dato che non sono mai soddisfatta, la prima prova giace qui vicino a me in attesa di essere disfata mentre la seconda.. Potete ammirarla voi stessi in queste foto! Domattina partirà per Salerno!

Qui a Milano sembra tornato l'autunno, ha piovuto per 8 ore non-stop, così mi sono fatta una bella tazza di thè caldo (Earl Gray direttamente importato da Fortnum & Mason - Londra) e mi sono infilata le calze, poi siccome era tempo di We Find For You, mi sono lasciata ispirare..

Oggi ho scoperto per assoluto caso un blog a cui è collegato un bellissimo Shop Etsy, il paradiso per le perlinatrici amanti di tessitura! Sto parlando niente popo' di meno che di Fairy Dreams Jewellery di Viki Hungary! Vende meravigliosi schemi per peyote e bellissimi gioielli con cristalli Swarovski, assolutamente imperdibili!
Voglio parlarvi di lei perchè sul suo blog ha aperto un gioco a premi: basta scegliere un pattern dal suo shop ed iscriversi con un semplice commento sotto il post. Chi è già in possesso di un suo schema ricevuto gratuitamente, passa al secondo round: mandarle una foto della realizzazione dello schema! Divertente e stimolante, non credete?

I'm talking about Viki because on her blog she started a beautiful game: choose one of her pattern, recive it for free to start the game and in a second round you have to bead up the pattern and send her a pic with your creation! Is it lovely, isn't it?

New Style for your Jewelry
Oh, chi si rivede! Come state?

Detto questo voglio mostrarvi la mia ultima fatica, un restyle che ho fatto per mia madre.. E' già il secondo! Cosa intendo per restyle? Semplice, mi da un suo gioiello vecchio, io lo disfo e lo reinterpreto! Questa volta mi ha dato una collana, gliel'ho accorciata, assottigliata, le ho messo una chiusura e con parte dell'avanzo ho aggiunto un paio di orecchini coordinati. Deve ancora passare il suo test, ma credo che le piacerà! A voi? Piace?
Lo ammetto, c'è voluta tanta pazienza per rifarla tutta!

World Cup - Let's Remake!
Ho seguito con fibrillazione, stupore e poi rabbia le partite dell'Italia al Mondiale in Sud Africa.. E alla fine, pur essendo delusa e sostenendo la mia squadra, sono stata contenta del loro ritorno in patria. Ci hanno propinato certe schifezze, altro che Campioni del Mondo!
Ad ogni modo, durante le qualificazioni mi sono lasciata ispirare producendo diversi accessori per diversi team!
I was excited for 2010 World Cup but after three Italia's match i was so astonished and angry that i was glad to see our team back home! Of course, i always support them but this time they weren't the World Champion that i expected!

Show Me Your Style!
Ebbene sì, finalmente l'ho fatto! Dopo giorni e giorni, mesi e mesi che ci pensavo, ecco qui il nuovo vestito cucito su misura per il mio blog! Ci ho lavorato tutto ieri sera per adattare i codici di Shabby Blogs al Splinder ma alla fine ce l'ho fatta e sono davvero contenta di aver ottenuto un aspetto così adatto a una vera nuvola! Vi piace? Cosa ne pensate? Avete suggerimenti?
Senza contare che adesso il blog è diventato bilingue! Bacchettatemi per il mio inglese, magari migliora!

I'm very happy and satisfied because yesterday evening i worked hard on codes and baground but in the end i've finally found the right way! My blog now is suitable for a real Cloud! Etsy Promo Love
Oggi vi voglio parlare dell'Etsy Promo Love, una iniziativa nata su Facebook come un gioco divertente per poter promuovere i nostri Etsy Shop! So Stylish, polywore set
Grazie alle ragazze dell'Etsy Team ho aimè scoperto Polywore, un'applicazione che permette di fare set (di abiti ma anche di molte altre cose) anche con le proprie immagini.. Temo già che ci perderò la testa!
Il primissimo set, appena sfornato, l'ho fatto con il bracciale a tubicini tessuti a peyote e cipolline in cristallo.. Insomma, uno dei miei preferiti!

Memory Spiral
Ultimamente sto cercando di dedicarmi con più cura al mio negozietto Etsy, mi sono iscritta al Team Italiano e cerco di fare diverse treasury. Pian pianino inizio a vedere un po' più movimento nel mio shop ma fino a che non avrò fatto la prima vendita non potrò dire di avercela fatta XD
Detto questo, giusto oggi mi è arrivato il Kato che avevo ordinato, era un bel po' che lo volevo provare e ora che mi sono data alla creazione di perle con la pasta polimerica, era proprio il momento di sperimentare.
In realtà questa premessa non c'entra niente con le creazioni.. Sono due bracciali, a cui uno ho abbinato un paio di orecchini. Per entrambi ho utilizzato il punto herringbone, facendolo a spirale.. Ragazzi se mi diverte! Davvero, mi piace tanto. Come anima ho utilizzato il memory wire e ho abbellito con qualche cristallo.
Che ve ne pare?

Buonasera e buon weekend a tutti! Quest'oggi vorrei proporvi due varianti della parure Candid.. La ricordate?

Semplici ma a mio avviso d'effetto! E sì, sono proprio come la parure Candid che avevo già fatto color crema, ho solo voluto variare le tonalità per venire incontro a tutti i gusti!
